Why would you need a health coach?
Life just isn’t feeling like you’d dreamed. On paper ‘you’ve got it all’ but in reality you’re exhausted, irritated and struggling with focus and motivation.
Everyone’s experience of the middle part of life is different. Whether it’s perimenopause symptoms, the stress of the sandwich years caring for kids and elderly parents, or just generally over worked, exhausted and fed up with putting everyone else’s needs above your own.
As your health coach I can support you to identify and take action to improve your wellbeing, to understand your symptoms and find and use the right resources for your own personalised journey back to feeling revitalised and in control.
I have a lot of perimenopause and menopause knowledge, but it’s not the only lens I use to explore your long term health. You deserve SO much more than one simple view point for your well-being.
You’ll be held gently accountable week-by-week in my one to one coaching programme. You’ll make steady progress towards goals we create in collaboration.

It’s a vital time to re-evaluate your habits, lifestyle and even your priorities. As your coach I’ll hold your hand through that transition towards feeling empowered, energised, and excited about your health and wellbeing plans.
How can you work with me
My Wildly Well Woman coaching programme includes 1:1 coaching and support over Zoom or in-person in my coaching hut near Bristol.
This is for you if you’re ready to invest in your wellbeing and make the commitment to empowered health.
You’ll be supported with a host of resources, workshops and trainings to support your health coaching journey alongside the 1:1 sessions.
You’ll end the programme with clarity, certainty and a feeling of control over your health and wellbeing. You’ll have created a plan to follow and know where to go for further advice, guidance and support.

I’m in, how do I get started?
First, we schedule a call to see if we are a good fit. Health coaching is a highly personal approach, and you and I need to get super clear on what works for you! Click on the button below to set up a no-obligation enquiry call.
Then we have a deeper dive assessment call. This is £250 (refundable against the programme fee if you decide to continue). You’ll walk away from this call with a clearer understanding of your start point and first steps, as well as a deeper awareness of the value of the investment.
Then we really get started.
In that assessment call, we will create a package that’s bespoke to you. Because you get to lead the way.
My favourite way to work with you is a 12 month commitment to yourself. But you get to choose the duration when we get started. I’ll help you work out the best solution.
You get support, coaching, accountability and guidance from me as your cheerleader, coach, and challenger, through all the seasons of the year, through the ups and downs of life.
You get to create resources, strategies and insights you’ll take with you for decades to come.
I’m busy, how much time do I need to commit?
I know your life is busy, but we work together to implement the changes you want to achieve the feel good factor you want in your life. Our face to face commitment is a 45-60 minute call every week for the first 6-8 weeks and then fortnightly (depending on your needs).
There is an optional full day coaching session, where we take time out in nature, share a nourishing lunch, and create a fuller vision for your future (available as a bonus or an additional cost).
The strategies and mindset work that you do will fit around your life, and it will create time you didn’t know you had!
You will feel empowered, energised, and even excited about your health, menopause, and future wellbeing.

Over 10 years of working with women in their 40s and 50s (before the menopause revolution truly began!),

Then on mindset, and getting clear on your current needs,
You create a clear vision for your future wellbeing, and take inspired action one habit at a time, the one that makes the most difference towards the goals and intentions that we set together.
You get access to all my recorded workshops on perimenopause, and online resources, and we will explore the impact this is having and how to create a positive experience.
This is an investment of time and (of course) money, and with deep, lasting, and far reaching impact.
