I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to health. Especially as we transition through perimenopause.

I don't give you a plan to follow.

We are all different. We have all had different life experiences. We all see the world in a a different way. Our bodies respond to what we eat, when we eat, to sleep, to exercise in a different way. We all have different perimenopause symptoms and therefore different solutions.

So what do I do then, if I don't give you a clear plan and structure to follow?

I help you listen to your body. To experiment with food, movement, rest, sleep. To explore how your mindset affects your health. I'll use evidenced based approaches and share research-backed information. You’ll get excited about taking action, you’ll want to see results. But I won't tell you what to do.

I help you create your own plan.

You’ll create a vision for your wellbeing that excites you. You’ll learn strategies and ways of thinking about your health and ageing that will keep you going for years to come.

I help you maximise your health in a way that is right for you.
